United States JCI Senate Foundation Scholarship (12th Grade)

$1,000.00 grant to be used in the first year of full-time study for educational expenses. Checks will be made out to recipient and the educational institution of their choice. Applicants must fill out all required forms including, financial statement, leadership positions, memberships, honors, employment, reference letters, current transcript, and a personal statement. Applications available in the counseling office. Deadline: Postmarked by Jan. 6.

    I mailed in my scholarship application, and it’s postmarked January 4th, but I received it back today January 17th, and I don’t know why? I wanted to know if I was still eligible to apply for your scholarship if I mail the application to you in the envelope I received it in within another envelop, so you can see that it clearly says Postmarked by January 4th.
