The Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Chicago provides information about many exciting and meaningful Israel Experience programs–and also offers merit and financial need-based scholarships to help fund participation in a wide variety of approved programs.

Federation scholarship applications will be available in January for programs beginning this coming summer or fall. The deadline for submission of both financial need and merit scholarships is March 1, 2006.

In addition, residents of Illinois are eligible for scholarship grants for Israel trips and related conferences via the JCRC/Hillel Israel Initiative. Grants are awarded on an individual basis, and are given only at the completion of the desired conference/mission as reimbursement.
