Scholarships for children of combat veterans are available from the University of Illinois.

The scholarship is available for up to four students in each county for the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Chicago, Springfield and the Medical Sciences Center.

One scholarship will be awarded from World War II, Korean War, Vietnam War and the Persian Gulf. Candidates will be notified around April 1 if they have been selected. More information is available at www.osfa.uiuc.edu.
