The state Senate sent over to the House a bill that implements a state scholarship program to help pay for college education in Wyoming.

Worcester State freshman wins scholarship pageant

A freshman at Worcester State College is the new Miss East Longmeadow.
Gina Rosati of East Longmeadow was crowned Saturday at the 46th annual scholarship pageant at the local high school. Rosati is majoring in occupational therapy.
First runner-up was Danielle Portier, followed by second runner-up Emma Gilbert and third runner-up Casey Claffey.
