China Education Alliance Reiterates 2005 Financial Guidance

China Education Alliance, Inc. (OTCBB:CEDA), one of the leading e-learning enterprises engaged in the online education business in China, today reiterated existing guidance for 2005 and provided financial expectations for 2006.

For 2005, the Company expects revenue to be $3.0-$3.5 million and expects net income to be $1.6-$1.7 million.

For 2006, the Company expects revenue to increase to $6.0-$6.5 million, or an 86%-100% increase from 2005. The company expects net income to increase to $3.0-$3.5 million, or an 88%-106% increase from 2005.

Management will provide investors with additional information regarding 2005 financial performance and 2006 financial expectations upon reporting fourth quarter financial results.

ABC Realty Co. (AREY) was incorporated in North Carolina on December 2, 1996. Harbin Zhong He Li Da Jiao Yu Ke Ji You Xian Gong Si (ZHLD) was incorporated in Harbin on August 9, 2004, under the laws of the People’s Republic of China (”China”).
