Home Savings establishes a scholarship for Terra students

The Home Savings Charitable Foundation has established a scholarship at Terra Community College.

Morgan Stanley, manager of the Home Savings branch on North Ohio 53, visited the college last week to make the first donation.

The $1,000 annual award will be for business students and will assist outstanding students with a portion of their educational costs.
Criteria for the Home Savings Business Scholarship include:
# Recipient must be a Sandusky County resident.
# Student must have completed their first year of studies with a minimum 3.0 grade point average.
# Renewal feature is based on Terra’s business criteria.

The Foundation serves communities in which Home Savings has an established office.
Home Savings considers education a priority investment in the future.
