The Education Ministry Higher Education Division has invited applications from Sri Lankan students below 21 years for the Monbukagakusho Scholarships offered by the Government of Japan annually for Undergraduate and Technological courses.

The medium of instruction will be in Japanese and a knowledge of langauge will be provided during the first year. All expenses of the scholarship will be borne by the Japanese Government.
