Capital hotel worker books scholarship to study abroad

A RISING star at a top Edinburgh hotel has won a prestigious scholarship to master the management trade in Switzerland.
James O’Donnell of the Balmoral Hotel will travel to the Swiss Hotel Management School, recognised as a world-class hospitality business school.
The 24-year-old will learn new leadership techniques from management maestros as part of the prize.
