Scholarships available for students in California, Georgia, Maryland and Texas

Thirty $2,000 scholarships are available to African-American graduating high school seniors and college students who are pursuing careers in the health care industry.
The scholarships, funded by the United Health Foundation and PacifiCare Foundation, are offered on behalf of the African American Scholars Program.

Indigenous students interested in working in the health industry can apply for one of 75 Puggy Hunter Memorial Scholarships commencing in 2007.

Missouri Scholarships Devised in Legal Settlement Draw Few Takers

National Merit Scholarship winners announced

Six Northern Kentucky high school students were among the 2,100 winners of National Merit Scholarships funded by colleges and universities announced Monday by the National Merit Scholarship Program.
Another 2,400 other college-sponsored awards were announced in May.
