Boss Hawg’s Barbeque and Catering and Pigskin’s Sports Bar are donating sales on August 19th to the Hank Lumpkin Scholarship Fund at the Topeka Community Foundation.

The sales of all food, beverage and gift certificates will help provide scholarships to local students to attend area colleges. Almost $40,000 has been raised for the scholarship fund.

Lumpkin, the founder and owner of Boss Hawg’s, died August 19, 2003.
