Open to Latino high school seniors and full-time undergraduates students who plan on pursuing careers in journalism. Your selection for this award will be based on commitment to journalism, community awareness, scholastic achievement and financial need. In order to apply, you must be a resident of California or attend an accredited school in California. You will also need to submit samples of your work, an essay, two reference letters and transcripts.
