Sisterhood endows scholarship

Chapter V, Maryland, of the PEO Sisterhood, recently established an endowed scholarship at Wor-Wic Community College with a $25,000 donation in memory of Ruth R. Langeler of Salisbury, an educator, and a founder and charter member of the local chapter.
