Latino students majoring in music business or music with demonstrated songwriting skills are encouraged to apply for the ASCAP Foundation Rudy Perez Songwriting Scholarship, good for up to $2,000 at San Antonio College.

Complete applications, including an audio compact disc recording with two original compositions, must be submitted by Sept. 22.
