LSU hosts Financial Aid Night on Feb. 13
January 30th, 2007 - Posted in Education, Financial AidThe LSU Office of Student Aid & Scholarships will hold Financial Aid Night on Tuesday, Feb. 13, at the Pete Maravich Assembly Center on LSU’s campus. The event runs from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and will inform potential college students and their parents on financial aid packages available to college students and how to apply for them.
The event is open to the public. The information provided will be useful to all college-bound students and parents, not only students planning to attend LSU.
Representatives from LSU’s Office of Student Aid & Scholarships and from the Louisiana Office of Student Financial Assistance will provide information and answer questions regarding financial aid, scholarships and the application process. A representative will discuss Louisiana’s TOPS program, including requirements to receive and maintain eligibility.
In addition, representatives from various campus departments will be on hand, including the Offices of Admissions, Recruiting, Orientation, Dining Services and Residential Life. This year, the information session will also include representatives from academic colleges.
