Northeast State scholarship deadline is March 1

Apply now before the March 1 deadline for Northeast State Community College Foundation scholarships awarded for the academic year beginning August 2007. Students applying for scholarships must also complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online at www.fafsa.ed.gov by March 1.

A $125,000 gift from Damion and Sherri Carufe of Atlanta will establish a new scholarship at Elon University.

Nebrasky-sponsored student awarded tech scholarship
