Aquila Inc. is offering college scholarships to 20 high schools students set to graduate this spring.

Applications are available at www.aquila.com/scholarships/ks. They must be completed and returned to Aquila at the address on the form by March 16.

Winners of the $500 awards will be announced in May and complete guidelines are available online.

Students must have a parent or legal guardian who is a residential, commercial or industrial-electric customer of Aquila in Kansas. They must rank in the top 25 of their graduating class and score a 21 or higher on the ACT.

Aquila serves about 175,000 natural gas and electric customers in Kansas. It provides natural gas to customers in the Wichita area.
