The Edward C. Farrell Memorial Scholarship Foundation is accepting applications for its $1,000 scholarship to be awarded in June.

Eligible applicants must be Ledyard residents and seniors at Ledyard High School, The Williams School, an area technical school or St. Bernard High School.

Applicants will continue their education at a college, university or technical school.

Information is available from area high school guidance offices or by writing to the Edward C. Farrell Memorial Scholarship Foundation, 20 Bobwhite Trail, Gales Ferry, CT 06335.

Completed applications must be postmarked no later than March 28.
