The SMART Scholarship for Service Program is available to undergraduate and graduate students in science, technology, engineering and mathematics.

You must be a U.S. citizen or national at least 18 years old to be eligible. This program provides students with a stipend (starting between $22,500 and $38,000 a year), full tuition, health coverage, book allowance of $1,000 and other education expenses. An employment opportunity with the Department of Defense is also possible.
