Scholarship available at Great Basin College
February 11th, 2007 - Posted in Education, ScholarshipThe Great Basin College financial aid office announced a USA Funds Access to Education Scholarship open to high-school seniors, currently enrolled college students or incoming college students.
Students must be planning to enroll or be enrolled in full- or half-time undergraduate full-time graduate- or professional-degree course work. College bound students with a GED are also eligible.
The application deadline is Feb. 15. To qualify, an applicant must have an annual adjusted gross family income of $35,000 or less, as documented on a 2006 federal 1040 income-tax return on which the applicant is claimed as a federal tax exemption. The scholarship award is open to U.S. citizens and eligible non-citizens.
