The CNMI Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management will be awarding two $500 scholarships to eligible students in the CNMI.

The purpose of the scholarship is to develop professionals through encouraging higher education to ultimately build a pool of skilled employees to support the field of Human Resources in the CNMI. The is scholarship is also offered to all eligible employees who have the means to improve their skills and to provide a pathway for career development and to encourage individuals to pursue a career in Human Resource Management.

Scholarship applications are available for pick up at the Marianas Visitors Authority, the Office of Personnel Management, the Office of the Public Auditor and the Division of Immigration in Afetnas. All applications must be postmarked by May 31, 2007.
