Gentry Ford awards $1,000 Ford Scholarship
May 13th, 2007 - Posted in Education, ScholarshipHeather Noble, a graduate of Vale High School, was awarded a $1,000 scholarship by Gentry Ford Sales and Ford Motor Company. Noble’s parents are Victor and Elaine Noble, Vale and she plans to study floral design a Brigham Young University.
The scholarship is one of 645 scholarships awarded by Ford Trucks, Ford Motor Company Fund and Ford dealers to FFA members who are high school seniors planning to attend college in the fall of 2007, as well as current college students.
In October the FFA announced the Ford Motor Company was the first $1 million sponsor of the national FFA organization.
Gentry is a longtime supporter of the FFA and the Built Tough Trucks/ FFA Scholarship Program.
The scholarships are being awarded on behalf of individual Ford Dea ers, with additional funds being awarded by Ford Motor Company.
