A $211,000 state grant to Universal Supply Co. of Deptford developed by the Gloucester County College Continuing Education Division makes training courses available to Universal employees through the college’s Business and Industry Training Center.

The state Department of Labor and Workforce Development grant, which runs until October, offers employees specialized instruction in areas such as computer training skills, lean manufacturing, logistics and materials management.
