GIA Scholarship Applications Deadline October 15
August 21st, 2007 - Posted in Education, ScholarshipThe deadline for GIA scholarship applications is nearing. The Institute must receive all scholarship applications by October 15 for classes beginning in 2008. A record 96 scholarships, valued at $431,000, will be available.
The scholarships range from $500 to full tuition.
For the first time in GIA’s history, six scholarship opportunities are outside the U.S. They cover full tuition.
One scholarship is offered for the Distance Education Gemologist Diploma program, two for the On Campus G.G. program at GIA London, and three for the On Campus G.G. program at GIA India.
Applications for 2008 scholarships can be downloaded from GIA’s website. Qualifications differ for each scholarship.
