Warner High School senior R.A. “Tony” Hayes has been named a Samsung American Legion Scholarship National Finalist. Hayes was selected by the staff of Oklahoma American Legion 2006 Boys State, which was held at NEO A&M College in Miami, with 720 young men from all over the state attending.
