The Rotary Club of Somerville and Bridgewater recently held its annual scholarship awards luncheon at the Bridgewater Manor.
Eight students from local schools were awarded scholarships totaling $15,000.

Freshman Amanda Hordendorf (Topton, Pa./Brandywine Heights) of the Lock Haven University field hockey team was recently awarded the inaugural Domino’s Athletics Scholarship by Jim and Zonda Gregory, owners and operators of the Lock Haven Domino’s Pizza restaurant.

Family establishes scholarship fund at Mid-Nebraska Community Foundation
