The Dabney S. Lancaster Community College Educational Foundation has announced the availability of the Virginia Firefighters Foundation Scholarship. Orangeburg-Calhoun Technical College Friday received a $1.5 million Economic Development Administration workforce development grant toward the construction of a Transportation Training Facility.
