Chapter M of P.E.O. has available a $500 scholarship grant to a Rush County woman continuing her higher education. This scholarship, the Joan Bosse Continuing Education Grant, is awarded to a Rush County woman who has had her higher education interrupted, but is now pursuing a college or technical degree.
