A small private Catholic college is changing its name as it undergoes a major expansion.
Marian College President Daniel J. Elsener said the 70-year-old school will become The Marian University.

Today Amcore Bank dished out 250-thousand dollars to help fund a program aimed at expanding the Rockford campus.
